We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join one of our construction projects based in Edmonton, London.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in steel erection projects is essential.
  • Previous experience working on waste-to-energy plants would be highly advantageous.
  • NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (minimum requirement).
  • CCNSG Safety Passport (minimum requirement).

Rates of Pay

  • Basic Rate: £27.60 per hour
  • Overtime A (OTA): £38.65 per hour (Weekdays and Saturday morning)
  • Overtime B (OTB): £49.70 per hour (Saturday afternoon and Sunday)

Working Pattern

This role operates on an 11-day fortnight schedule:

Week 1

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • 9 hours Basic
  • 2.5 hours OTA
  • Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • 7 hours Basic
  • 4.5 hours OTA
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • 4 hours OTA
  • 5 hours OTB
  • Sunday: 7:00am – 4:30pm
  • 9 hours OTB

Week 2

  • Monday – Wednesday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • 9 hours Basic
  • 2.5 hours OTA
  • Thursday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
  • 6 hours Basic
  • 1 hour OTA
