We are currently looking for an experienced H&S / CDM Co-Ordinator to oversee 3 live new build nursing home projects across London. This is a senior-level role working on large-scale commercial construction projects, with an ASAP start available.
The Role
- Managing H&S and CDM compliance across 3 live sites
- Weekly site visits across London
- Carrying out site inspections and audits
- Reviewing and managing RAMS
- Working closely with site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring projects remain compliant with current H&S legislation and CDM regulations
- Reporting into senior project leadership
Requirements
- Strong background in construction health & safety
- Extensive CDM experience on large new build projects
- Previous experience working across multiple live sites
- Confident carrying out inspections and liaising with principal contractors
- Senior-level candidate preferred
- Relevant H&S qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
