Working across four specialist divisions—super-prime London projects, country residences, bespoke one-off builds and luxury aftercare/maintenance, the company has earned a reputation for uncompromising quality, trusted professional relationships and the delivery of meticulously crafted homes.
Role Overview
The Estimator will play a key role in pricing and securing some of the most prestigious residential projects in the UK. You will work closely with senior management, design teams and specialist subcontractors to produce accurate, competitive and well-considered tenders for complex, high-specification builds and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost plans, BOQs and tender submissions for luxury residential projects
- Analyse drawings, specifications and consultant information to ensure complete and accurate pricing
- Liaise with specialist subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and build robust estimates
- Work collaboratively with internal teams across the company’s four divisions
- Participate in tender interviews and support pre-construction decision-making
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
About You
- Proven experience as an Estimator within high-end or prime residential construction
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of specialist trades and finishes
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tender deadlines
