We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a leading construction and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong multi-sector background who is comfortable pricing a diverse range of prestigious and complex schemes, including luxury hospitality and high-end residential developments.
The Role
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a varied project portfolio, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.
- Support negotiations and presentations during tender interviews.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market rates and construction trends.
