We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a leading construction and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong multi-sector background who is comfortable pricing a diverse range of prestigious and complex schemes, including luxury hospitality and high-end residential developments.

The Role

As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a varied project portfolio, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.
  • Support negotiations and presentations during tender interviews.
