Client-Side Project Manager – Super Prime Residential Location: London Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Permanent We are seeking an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join a private client/development team delivering super-prime residential projects across London. The successful candidate will have a strong track record managing high-value, complex residential projects where quality, attention to detail, programme and client expectations are paramount. Key Responsibilities * Lead projects from initial design and pre-construction through to completion and handover. * Act as the client’s representative throughout the project lifecycle. * Manage and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors. * Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery strategies. * Monitor construction progress, quality, costs and programme performance. * Chair and attend design, progress and project meetings. * Coordinate design development and ensure information is issued in line with programme requirements. * Review contractor progress, variations, applications and project documentation. * Identify and manage project risks, issues and potential delays. * Ensure works are delivered to exceptionally high quality and specification standards. * Manage the commissioning, snagging and final handover process. * Maintain clear communication with the client and all project stakeholders. * Ensure appropriate health, safety, statutory and regulatory requirements are maintained. Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager within super-prime or prime residential construction. * Strong client-side, consultancy or private client/development experience. * Experience delivering high-value residential new-build, refurbishment or fit-out projects. * Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination and project delivery. * Excellent knowledge of programme, procurement, cost and risk management. * Comfortable managing high-end contractors, consultants and specialist trades. * Exceptional attention to detail and quality. * Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills. * Professional and polished approach suitable for working directly with private clients and senior stakeholders. * Relevant construction or project management qualification is desirable. * Experience working on luxury London residential projects is highly advantageous
