Contracts Manager - Housing / Residential in Lincolnshire, Spalding

We’re in the market for a housing contracts manager, centred at our offices in Spalding, Lincs with sites typically within an hour radius. Must have had experience of both traditional and timber frame build, with densities up to 100x units so would suit a volume housebuilder background. Preferably looking at those already fully experienced in the role, rather than people not in the role long or only just progressing from site management. Salary expectations in mind are £60-70k package
