An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and financially minded Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with a strong eye for quality to work on bespoke residential projects, including property adaptations, refurbishments, and new-build developments typically ranging from £30,000 to £2 million. Projects are highly individual and tailored, requiring a practical, problem-solving approach and close collaboration with clients and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce indicative construction cost estimates at key design stages
- Assist in preparation of tender documentation
- Prepare tender analysis and tender reports
- Carry out site valuations and progress assessments
- Work collaboratively with Architects during the contract administration phase
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Consultancy
- AutoCAD experience (minimum 3 years required)
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
