A well-established horticultural company is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Garden Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-level garden maintenance team. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily garden maintenance tasks, ensuring high horticultural standards
- Use a variety of hand and power tools for landscaping and groundskeeping
- Manage irrigation systems to maintain plant health
- Train and supervise team members, fostering a strong team dynamic
- Maintain accurate records using an internal software system
- Work closely with contract managers and directly with clients
- Travel to various locations on a two-week rotation schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garden/grounds maintenance
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture (or equivalent)
- Full, clean UK driving licence – Essential (DO NOT apply if you do not have this)
- PA1 + PA6a certification – Desirable
Working Hours (Seasonal Schedule):
- Monday - Friday 07.30 - 16.30 hrs (40 hours per week)
- Location: Primarily West and North West London
