The Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial interior fit-out projects with a strong focus on integrating high-quality solar shading systems. Working closely with senior project managers, designers, and site teams, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing multiple commercial fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support site visits, surveys, and project progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Track project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making throughout the delivery process
About You
- Experience in construction or interior fit-out (junior/assistant PM level or similar)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of solar shading, blinds, or glazing solutions is beneficial but not essential
- Full right to work in the UK
