Working Pattern: Office-based 4 days per week

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team working on high-end private residential projects across London and beyond. This role would suit someone with around 2-4 years experience who is eager to develop their career in a collaborative and design-focused environment. Consultancy experience isn’t essential; what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine passion for the industry.

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 2-4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Experience in residential projects is beneficial, particularly private homes or luxury residential work
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone who brings energy, ideas, and a real interest in construction and design

The role:

  • Supporting the delivery of private residential projects from inception through to completion
  • Assisting with cost planning, procurement, tendering, valuations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with clients, contractors, and the wider project team
  • Gaining exposure to high-quality bespoke housing projects
