We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in shopfitting and retail fit-out projects to join our growing team based in Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and hands-on professional who can oversee multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage nationwide retail and commercial fit-out projects, working closely with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple shopfitting and interior fit-out projects simultaneously
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
