We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering high-end luxury retail fit-out and shopfitting projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised Project Manager with a strong background in retail interiors, shopfitting, or high-end commercial fit-out to oversee prestigious projects for premium brands.
Based from our Hampton office, you will spend approximately half of your working week in the office and the remainder visiting project sites across London.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of luxury retail fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing multiple luxury retail fit-out and shopfitting projects across London.
- Planning and coordinating project programmes and site activities.
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, and commercial performance.
- Liaising with clients, designers, architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Managing project risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Conducting site visits, progress meetings, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the exceptional standards expected within the luxury retail sector.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within shopfitting, retail fit-out, interiors, or construction.
- Experience delivering high-quality retail or commercial interior projects.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and programme management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project schedules.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience working on luxury retail projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
- Knowledge of high-end finishes and premium interior environments.
