An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Landscaping Foreman or Landscaping Lead to join a specialist team delivering high-end natural swimming ponds, natural pools, and luxury landscaping projects across the Home Counties.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards.

  • Lead and manage landscaping teams on site
  • Deliver projects on time and to high quality standards
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
  • Operate and oversee landscaping plant and machinery
  • Monitor labour, materials, and site progress
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
  • Maintain a safe, organised, and professional site environment
  • Proactively solve issues and keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in hard and soft landscaping
  • Previous experience leading teams on site
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping methods and machinery
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience with natural swimming ponds, water features, or high-end landscaping projects is highly desirable.
