Groundwork Foreman Manuden – North Essex RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!! THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!! I am currently recruiting for a groundwork foreman/site supervisor to join a well known development company. The role will involve assisting in managing a long term groundwork's and civils project based in Manuden. The successful candidate will oversee groundwork's at their new residential development of 36 houses. Duties: * Overseeing groundwork's from the clearing of site * Cut and fill activities * Establishing site drainage, boundaries and access roads, before moving to foundation * Daily briefings Requirements: • CSCS • SMSTS or SSSTS • First aid • Highly experienced in groundwork's and civils projects for specialist contractors
