We are seeking a Framework Manager to join our Frameworks Team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of built environment projects across Scotland. This position involves working closely with framework partners, clients, and stakeholders to proactively manage compliance, performance, and framework utilisation. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will support clients and delivery partners in the correct application of frameworks while ensuring adherence to performance standards, procedures, and social impact requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering quality services and achieving value for money within Scotland's public sector built environment.
As part of a multi-disciplinary frameworks team, you will promote, facilitate, and manage framework services for clients and delivery partners across Scotland. This is predominantly a field-based role, requiring independent working, home-based working, and regular travel throughout Scotland.
