About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in building restoration and main contractor environments to join our team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality restoration projects while working with a well-established main contractor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially astute, and capable of managing multiple tenders simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for building restoration projects, ensuring competitive and profitable submissions.

Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess project scope and requirements.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain and analyse quotations.
