An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to take a key role in the estimating and pre-construction process for a range of building projects. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-focused professional with a solid background in construction estimating and a passion for accurate cost planning and tender preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full estimating lifecycle, from initial enquiry to final tender submission
  • Analyse project drawings, specifications, and documentation to produce accurate cost estimates
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather competitive pricing and ensure robust costings
  • Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering possibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align estimates with project delivery strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of market rates, supplier information, and construction methods
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Estimator or Senior Estimator role within the construction industry
