Job Title: Project Manager – Highways Structures (Civil Engineering) Location: Norfolk Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Start Date: ASAP (Project commencing May) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a new civil engineering highways structures contract based in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure works, with a strong focus on structural elements and concrete works. Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of highways structures projects from inception through to completion Manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards Develop and maintain project programmes, risk assessments, and method statements Monitor progress, manage resources effectively, and report to senior management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering, specifically highways structures Strong background in concrete works (essential) Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) Full UK driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Long-term, secure pipeline of work Opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projects Career progression within a supportive and growing organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
