We are specifically seeking an Electrical Site Manager with experience in live healthcare environments, infrastructure projects, substations, generators, main distribution board and sub-distribution board replacements, and associated electrical installations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Senior Electrical Supervisor.
- Strong background delivering electrical infrastructure projects. · Previous experience working within NHS or live healthcare environments.
- Good working knowledge of NHS Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs), particularly those relating to electrical systems.
- Excellent understanding of electrical distribution systems, substations, generators and critical power infrastructure.
- Ability to manage multiple site teams simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Competent in planning works and managing project programmes.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations
