Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking a wide range of building surveys and inspections
- Preparing detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work
- Assisting with project management and contract administration duties

- Preparing planning and building regulation applications where required

Requirements
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience within a consultancy environment preferred

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard industry software
- Full UK driving licence preferred
