We are looking for an experienced Design Manager / Designer to join a busy, small office in Warrington. This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own workload, focusing on the design of roofing, cladding, and façade projects. This is not a people management role, so the emphasis is on technical design, problem solving, and delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design roofing, cladding, and façade systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare drawings, details, and technical specifications using AutoCAD.
- Manage your own workload from initial concept through to design completion.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure designs are buildable and compliant.
- Ensure all work meets relevant technical standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
- Contribute to a collaborative, hands-on office environment while supporting project delivery.
Candidate Profile
