Contracts Supervisor (Roofing) Reporting to: Contracts Manager Salary: Β£35k β Β£45k (depending on experience) Overview An experienced Contracts Supervisor with a strong background in roofing is required to manage the delivery of roofing contracts from order to completion. The role ensures projects meet quality, health & safety, programme, and profitability targets while maintaining excellent client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Supervise all stages of roofing projects, ensuring works are delivered to specification and deadlines. * Plan and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, materials, and logistics. * Monitor site progress daily, resolving issues quickly to minimise delays. * Oversee health & safety compliance, carrying out inductions, toolbox talks, scaffold inspections, and site audits. * Maintain accurate project records, variations, and progress reports. * Liaise regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction. * Support contracts management with reporting, applications for payment, and subcontractor approvals. * Maintain high standards of workmanship, aiming for zero snagging and call-backs. Requirements * Proven experience supervising roofing projects. * Strong knowledge of roofing systems, methods, and health & safety standards. * Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
