Main tasks:
- Lead, Manage and Coach the Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Drive accountability.
- Attend bi-weekly PRMs (Project Review Meetings) with the Contracts Managers and Leadership Team.
- Labour and Resource allocation.
- Manage multiple project budgets.
- Manage multiple project programmes.
- Support Contracts Managers in decision making and advice.
- Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects.
- Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated.
- Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers.
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects.
Key Performance Indicators:
- These will include, but will not be limited to: GP and % of all assigned external projects.
- Accountability from point of handover.
- All aspects of Design, procurement, production and operations are lead and managed by this individual.
- HSQE compliance from end to end process.
- Compliance to Maple Gateway processes.
- Maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.
