Commercial Contracts Manager required for nationwide work a Our client are a team of commercial building & construction contractors specialising in groundworks, modular extensions, shopfitting, commercial decorating and Terrazzo flooring across the UK. We have an exciting position available for a Fitout / Joinery Contracts Manager to join our ever-growing team. This is a wide-ranging role overseeing operations. The ideal candidate needs the experience and confidence to coordinate with multiple site managers and work directly with clients and suppliers. Our jobs are fast paced and will require someone who works well under pressure, uses their initiative and is flexible. Duties include: * Liaison with client’s project managers and site managers * Working closely with – department and fitout site teams * Helping to develop growth of fitout division & building teams * Tracking project financials & preparing applications, liaising with our QS across multiple projects * Procurement of construction materials and plant, managing suppliers & subcontractors * Management of labour agencies * Ensuring health and safety compliance; equipment & procedures * Review of incoming tender information to determine project suitability, working alongside our QS Candidate Requirements Extensive knowledge on all fitout / joinery works including decorating Experience working within a similar construction role Adaptable, motivated & can operate independently Full driving license CSCS card Benefits Bonus scheme available on each completed job.
