We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager specialising in the ceiling and drywall sector to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing multiple ceiling and drywall projects
- Programming works and coordinating labour and subcontractors
- Commercial management, including cost control and variations
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Salary: Up to 65,000, depending on experience
