We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start role on a new-build residential development in Colwyn Bay. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Site Manager to lead a quality residential project, with the potential for the contract to be extended beyond the initial 12 months.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor progress against programme and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure work meets required specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management.
- Manage site documentation, records, and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new-build developments.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project programmes.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certificates.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
