A well-established and highly regarded main contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its Flooring Division based in Colchester. The Role
- Commercial management of flooring projects from order through to final account
- Preparing and submitting valuations and applications for payment
- Cost control, forecasting, and reporting

Requirements
