This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a dynamic, award-winning real estate business. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of exciting projects, from high-profile workspace fit-outs to commercial refurbishments, all while receiving full support to grow and progress your career.
About the Role
Based in our Manchester or Warrington office, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering projects ranging from £50k to £20m, managing:
- Workspace fit-outs and refurbishments
- General commercial building surveys
- Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations
