We are looking for applicants who have a minimum of 3 to 5 years with a proven history of Cat A & Cat B, Design and Build fit-out projects in the commercial office sector. You will be expected to have a comprehensive expertise in systems and procurement, encompassing a range of elements such as suspended ceiling systems, partitioning systems, single- and double-glazed partition systems, kitchens, worktops, and bespoke joinery. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the company, responsible for managing the projects from start to finish with the full support of the company. You will be responsible for circa 3-5 projects ranging from £5,000 to £500,000 at any one time, billing circa £100,000 – £200,000 of work per month.
