This is a client-facing, deal-driven role with significant potential for personal and professional growth.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Identify, source, and negotiate development and investment opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage transactions from initial instruction through to completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders\\n\\n * \\n\\n Advise clients on strategy, acquisition, disposal, and development potential\\n\\n * \\n\\n Conduct detailed financial appraisals and valuations of prospective sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide consultancy services throughout the client sales and investment cycle\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legislation, and commercial drivers\\n\\nCandidate Requirements\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in UK property development and investment sales\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong track record in acquiring and disposing of development and investment assets\\n\\n * \\n\\n Broad understanding of residential and commercial sectors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience handling both on and off-market opportunities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Confident in undertaking appraisals and valuations\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Familiarity with relevant property legislation and due diligence processes\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly\\n\\n * \\n\\n Demonstrated ability to generate fees and manage deals independently\\n\\n * \\n\\n Established network of industry contacts is highly desirable
