About Us We are a leading construction contractor with a reputation for delivering quality projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors. With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who can take our client engagement and market reach to the next level. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and supporting strategic growth across multiple construction sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target new clients, markets, and project opportunities. * Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors. * Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings. * Work closely with the Pre-Construction, Estimating, and Commercial teams to support bid submissions and tender strategies. * Track and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities. * Produce client engagement plans and reports for senior management. * Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
