The Role:

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. You’ll work closely with our operations and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors.
  • Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
  • Track sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and meet/exceed growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven business development or sales experience in the construction supply chain.
  • Knowledge of temporary electrics or broader electrical systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong existing contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
