From site setup to decommissioning, we deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable electrical solutions – fast.\\n\\nThe Role:\\nAs Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
You’ll work closely with our operations and project teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within the construction sector.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop tailored proposals and present service offerings to prospective clients.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Track sales metrics, report on pipeline activity, and meet/exceed growth targets.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven business development or sales experience in the construction supply chain.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Knowledge of temporary electrics or broader electrical systems is highly desirable.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong existing contacts within Tier 1 and Tier 2 construction contractors.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive base salary (£45k–£55k DOE)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Uncapped commission structure\\n\\n * \\n\\n Company vehicle or allowance\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunities for professional growth and career development\\n\\n * \\n\\n A supportive and ambitious team environment\\n\\nJoin us and help build the future of temporary power solutions in UK construction
