Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. Oversee design, estimation, procurement, and production activities to ensure efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate relationships with interior designers, architects, boat builders, and other professionals seeking custom metalwork solutions.
- Strategic Development: Lead the business forward by developing and executing commercial strategies that reflect both market trends and the company’s commitment to artisanal excellence.
