Producing meeting minutes Client communication and management Potential CAD work (dependant on experience) Support the bid consultant team with bid writing projects as/when required. Qualifications & Experience Essential: 1. Hold an appropriate degree in Building Surveying (or similar and applicable subject). Desirable degree to be RICS accredited. 2. Demonstratable experience working within a Surveying consultancy environment. 3. Previous surveying / project management experience working within the Education Sector and applying for various government funding streams. Desirable: 4. Hold membership to a relevant professional institution such as: RICS, CIOB, MAPM. 5. Hold a postgraduate degree/qualification in an applicable subject e.g. Building Surveying, Project Management, Construction Management etc
