We are seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join our Billericay office. Due to an upcoming departure, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take on a varied residential-focused workload.
About the Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of surveying duties, including:
- Residential Valuations
- Homebuyer & Defects Reports
- Planned Maintenance Programmes
- Opportunity to take on project work
- Supporting a busy pipeline of instructions with autonomy
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Ideally AssocRICS, though strong experience is equally valued
- Experienced in residential surveying (minimum 1 year)
- Confident, self-sufficient, and able to pick up workload quickly
- Comfortable travelling for surveys (must have own car)
- Professional, client-facing, and reliable
