We are seeking an Intermediate Building Surveyor to join our Billericay office. Due to an upcoming departure, we need someone who can hit the ground running and take on a varied residential-focused workload.

About the Role

You will be involved in a broad mix of surveying duties, including:

  • Residential Valuations
  • Homebuyer & Defects Reports
  • Planned Maintenance Programmes
  • Opportunity to take on project work
  • Supporting a busy pipeline of instructions with autonomy

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Ideally AssocRICS, though strong experience is equally valued
  • Experienced in residential surveying (minimum 1 year)
  • Confident, self-sufficient, and able to pick up workload quickly
  • Comfortable travelling for surveys (must have own car)
  • Professional, client-facing, and reliable
