We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential refurbishment and insurance claim projects across the North West. This is a hands-on role managing projects from instruction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple live refurbishment and insurance reinstatement projects simultaneously
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, clients, and surveyors
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets
- Carry out site visits, progress meetings, and reporting
- Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within residential refurbishment, reactive maintenance, or insurance reinstatement
- Strong knowledge of domestic building and refurbishment works
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
