Contracts Manager – Ceilings & Drywall

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager specialising in the ceiling and drywall sector to join our growing team.
/n
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- Managing and overseeing multiple ceiling and drywall projects
/n
- Programming works and coordinating labour and subcontractors
/n
- Commercial management, including cost control and variations
/n
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams
/n
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company procedures
/n
- Attending site meetings and progress reviews
/n
/n
Requirements:
/n
/n
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the ceilings and drywall sector
/n
- Strong knowledge of commercial and operational project delivery
/n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
/n
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
/n
- Full UK driving licence
/n
/n
Location & Working Arrangement:
/n
/n
- Office-based a minimum of 3 days per week
/n
- Candidates should be ideally based within a 25–30 mile radius of our Wokingham office
/n
/n
Salary:
/n
/n
- Up to £65,000, depending on experience
/n
/n
