About the Role
/n
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, site-based role involving nationwide travel to install and commission air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial, industrial, retail, and leisure projects.
/n
Working from technical drawings and specifications, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
/n
Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Install and commission air conditioning systems on commercial projects.
/n
- Carry out installations in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
/n
- Install VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and associated equipment.
/n
- Complete controls wiring where required.
/n
- Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and safety standards.
/n
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a wider installation team.
/n
- Travel to sites across the UK, with occasional working away from home.
/n
/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in air conditioning installation.
/n
- Strong HVAC installation and commissioning experience.
/n
- Experience installing VRV/VRF and split systems.
/n
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics.
/n
- Good understanding of installation standards and best practices.
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
/n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
/n
- Flexible approach to nationwide travel and occasional overtime.
/n
/n
Essential Qualifications
/n
/n
- F-Gas 2079 (City & Guilds)
/n
- Valid CSCS Card
/n
- IPAF
/n
- IPAL (where applicable)
/n
- Full UK Driving Licence
/n
/n
Desirable
/n
/n
- Knowledge of Refcom standards.
/n
- Manufacturer training or certifications with brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, Samsung, or similar.
/n
