We are a well-established and growing fit-out contractor based in London, delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across sectors including office, retail, and hospitality. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team.
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out projects. You will work closely with clients, designers, and the delivery team to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out projects
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams
- Maintain and update cost databases and pricing benchmarks
Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out/interiors sector
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
Relevant qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or similar (preferred)
