You’ll join a talented HR team within an organisation undergoing significant change, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across a broad range of employment relations matters, including performance management, absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases.

You will progress complex casework through to successful outcomes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy and best practice. You will also support wider people projects such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations and organisational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support managers and employees on all employment relations matters.
  • Manage a high volume of ER cases, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Coach and upskill managers to confidently manage people matters.
  • Deliver training on key policies and review HR resources, processes and templates.
  • Produce MI reports analysing people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.).
  • Support HR projects, works council meetings and staff benefit reviews.
  • Assist with contracts, onboarding and other generalist activities as required.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Solid experience managing a high volume of ER cases.
  • Ability to work at pace in a dynamic, change‑focused environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
  • Confident communicator and pragmatic problem‑solver.
