Interim Talent Acquisition Consultant – 12 month FTC (with strong likelihood of extension / going permanent) Financial Services / Professional Services / Technical Consultancy-type experience preferred. Our ref: ADW00598 Henlee Resourcing is urgently looking for an experienced Inhouse or RPO Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a fast-paced, multi-site organisation. Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and key stakeholders across the group, you will take detailed briefs from hiring managers and advise on the most effective recruitment strategies for each campaign. You’ll manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – crafting and posting compelling adverts, proactively sourcing candidates, managing external partners, conducting interviews, and guiding each process through to offer / feedback – ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout. This is an exciting period of growth for the business, with numerous projects underway and a broad range of vacancies across several large teams and locations.
