Based in their fabulous head office in Swindon, this role involves developing and delivering both soft skills and regulatory training within their Wealth Management division. You will deliver engaging training and coaching across adviser skills, compliance, and business development, mentoring individuals through their development journey and supporting the integration of new financial advisers into the business.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold the IFA Level 4 Diploma and have practical experience in wealth training, ideally with a background in providing wealth financial advice. In addition, you will be able to work under your own initiative, adapt effortlessly to different audiences, bring energy and enthusiasm to all training activities, respond quickly to the needs of the business (often while working away from home), and consistently project a highly professional image alongside excellent training delivery skills.
