Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a Southampton-based professional services company to recruit an experienced Senior HR/ER Advisor for a 12-month FTC, maternity cover, starting ASAP.

Hybrid work arrangement with three office days per week and attractive benefits.

You will deliver a first-class HR service, act as SME on UK employment law, manage ER cases end-to-end, support onboarding and training, and work with a collegiate HR team to drive value across the business.
