Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a professional Trainer to join their talented Learning & Development team on a permanent basis. This field-based role involves developing and delivering both soft skills and regulatory training within their Wealth Management division. You will deliver engaging training and coaching across adviser skills, compliance, and business development, mentoring individuals through their development journey and supporting the integration of new financial advisers into the business. Specific duties will include: Conducting training needs analysis Designing and delivering training materials Facilitating workshops Creating and administering tests, assessments, and licensing processes Consulting with and managing key stakeholders while building strong business relationships Maintaining your competence in all matters related to this role Contributing to and supporting any projects or new initiatives as they arise To succeed in this role, you must hold the IFA Level 4 Diploma and have practical experience in wealth training, ideally with a background in providing wealth financial advice. In addition, you will be able to work under your own initiative, adapt effortlessly to different audiences, bring energy and enthusiasm to all training activities, respond quickly to the needs of the business (often while working away from home), and consistently project a highly professional image alongside excellent training delivery skills.
