The Role:

  • Manage your own portfolio of vacancies, delivering a full end-to-end recruitment service.
  • Partner with practices across the UK to attract high-quality Financial and Mortgage Advisers.
  • Responsible for ensuring a first-class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive search techniques to build strong candidate pipelines.
