Interim Organisation Design & Change Partner - Part-Time 6-Month FTC | 3-4 Days per Week Up to £320/Day (Outside IR35) Home‑Based (with occasional travel to Swindon)
Henlee Resourcing is partnering exclusively with a highly successful and renowned SME, to appoint an experienced Org Design Change Partner, on an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high‑impact role leading a significant programme of organisational redesign, including governance change, departmental restructuring, and the embedding of new ways of working.
The Opportunity
- Lead organisation design activity from diagnosis through to implementation, including target operating model development
- Partner with senior leaders to shape structures, roles, decision rights, and governance aligned to strategic priorities
- Deliver end‑to‑end restructuring activity, including consultation, role mapping, and implementation planning
- Embed new ways of working, behaviours, and leadership expectations across the organisation
- Provide clear, pragmatic HR support during the transition, including risk management and employee relations guidance
- Ensure all activity is delivered in line with UK employment legislation and best practice
You’ll be an experienced change professional with a strong track record of delivering organisation design and restructuring programmes in complex environments. You’ll bring a solid understanding of UK employment law, alongside the ability to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes. You’ll also be confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels of seniority, and be able to balance pace, structure, and ambiguity.
