As Learning & Development Advisor, you will have the unique privilege of crafting and delivering impactful training sessions, both online and face-to-face, focusing on soft skills, management development and induction & onboarding, placing you at the heart of professional growth and development for the business.
Reporting to a fantastic and nurturing L&D Manager, you will tailor training content to meet the specific needs of the business, creating engaging content that caters to diverse learning preferences, across groups of varying sizes and seniority levels. You will also aid in the delivery of robust inductions, lead effective performance reviews and conduct regular evaluations to enhance training effectiveness, utilising data to identify areas for improvement where needed.
Your presentation skills will be second-to-none, inspiring and engaging colleagues in their learning journey. You will be adaptable and open-minded too, able to manage multiple projects effectively, while appreciating diverse perspectives and keeping stakeholders well-informed through clear communication and accurate MI reporting.
