Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche manufacturing business based in Swindon (near M4 J15) to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner / Generalist for an initial 3 month contract. The role can be full time or 4 days and you will need to be onsite 3-4 days per week.
We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented operational HR Business Partner / Generalist to support a post-acquisition transition project as well as day to day HR operational needs. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth integration of processes and policies as well as day to day operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background with hands-on experience. You will bring proven experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles with strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be agile, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
If you are available at short notice, can commit to 3 months with 3-4 days onsite in Swindon and possess the above skills, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
