Henlee Resourcing has an urgent interim available! We’re working with a highly successful business based in Swindon (just off Junction 16 of the M4), to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor to support the business during a period of increased workload, following a significant tender win.

This is a hands-on, operational HR role supporting teams across multiple sites and projects. You’ll provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees and act as the main point of contact for all employee relations activity, managing cases end-to-end across disciplinary and grievance issues, performance and capability, investigations and conduct matters. A key element of the role is coaching and advising line managers to ensure a consistent, fair and pragmatic approach aligned with company policy, ACAS guidance and UK employment legislation.

There will also be involvement in recruitment activity, supporting the business to ensure vacancies are filled promptly.

Given the site-based nature of the workforce, you’ll need to be comfortable supporting multiple locations and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll also contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and positive workforce relations, liaising with external providers where required. From time to time, you may also support redundancy or restructuring activity linked to specific projects.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, with strong employee relations and complex case management capability. You’ll be a confident coach with sound UK employment law knowledge, experience supporting operational or site-based workforces, and a resilient, pragmatic and professional approach. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail are essential.

If you’re looking for a varied, operational HR role where you can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment, we would be keen to hear from you ASAP.
