  • Keeping abreast of employment legislation and HR best practice, ensuring clients remain compliant and future focused.

What we're looking for:

  • We're keen to hear from experienced HR Consultants or HR Business Partner's / Senior HR Advisors looking to move into consultancy work.
  • You’ll ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified (although strong practical experience will also be considered) and possess a solid grounding in UK employment law, with proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • You’ll also have a track record of successfully delivering HR projects and organisational initiatives.
  • You’ll be comfortable building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing pragmatic advice and influencing positive outcomes.

  • Experience in coaching, facilitation or delivering training would also be advantageous.
