This is an exciting opportunity to join a people-focused business, supporting a diverse portfolio of wonderful clients across a range of sectors.

Working as a trusted HR partner, you'll provide both strategic and operational HR support, helping clients align their people strategies with business objectives, develop high‑performing cultures and build engaged, successful teams. No two days will be the same. You'll combine hands‑on HR advisory work with project delivery, coaching and stakeholder engagement, supporting clients through a wide variety of people challenges and opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as their HR partner and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice and guidance.
  • Supporting managers across a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance management, absence, conduct, wellbeing and employee engagement.
  • Leading and supporting a variety of HR projects, including restructures, policy reviews, culture audits, onboarding initiatives and organisational development programmes.
  • Developing tailored People Plans to support business growth, succession planning, talent retention and workforce performance.
  • Designing and delivering management training and development workshops on topics such as leadership, performance management and difficult conversations.
  • Supporting clients with succession planning, career pathways, grading structures and talent development initiatives.
  • Using HR data and insights to identify trends, inform decision‑making and drive positive business outcomes.
  • Keeping abreast of employment legislation and HR best practice, ensuring clients remain compliant and future focused.

What we're looking for:

  • We're keen to hear from experienced HR Consultants or HR Business Partner's / Senior HR Advisors looking to move into consultancy work.
  • You’ll ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified (although strong practical experience will also be considered) and possess a solid grounding in UK employment law, with proven experience managing a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • You’ll also have a track record of successfully delivering HR projects and organisational initiatives.
  • You’ll be comfortable building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing pragmatic advice and influencing positive outcomes.
  • You’ll be highly organised—able to manage multiple clients, priorities and projects simultaneously, and thrive in a varied, fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in coaching, facilitation or delivering training would also be advantageous.
  • N.B. You must have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to client sites when required.

If this sounds like you and you can demonstrate the above experience, we would love to hear from you!
